Do you ever feel like NOTHING seems to be working out? When everything feels like an uphill battle? Me too. So, I’ve been practicing what I teach a lot lately. You may not be able to to control the circumstances, but you can choose how you are going to react and the person you are going to be. Here are some practices that will help you learn from challenges and find your way.
Remember, this challenge does not define who you are as a person. How you react to it does. So choose intentionally and be the person you’re proud of being.
