I am passionately committed to helping people live their truth, step into their power and create the life they really want to live. I speak with organizations large and small on topics related to leadership, happiness, optimal living and making a difference and I aim to both inspire and transform.
The following are some of my favorite speaking topics:
1) The 10 Rules to Creating the Life You Crave
Are you being all that you know you can be? Living the life you dream of living? If your answer is no, why not?
The 10 Rules:
- Define Your Own Success
- Believe you can
- Fully engage and dare greatly
- Be your authentic self
- Learn to say “no”
- Seek to be known vs. validated. No seeking approval or permission
- Focus on your strengths
- Develop resilience and learn from failure
- Know your “why”
- Create goals with souls
2) Change your Perspective, Change your Life
This topic can quite literally change your life. The questions we ask, what we choose to focus on and the way we interpret the events in our life creates our perception. And our perception dictates our actions and ultimately our reality. I will help you focus your lens on what matters, ask questions that empower, and will guide you to reframe challenging events in your life to ultimately move you forward to create the life you want to live.
3) The Choice of Happiness
A happy you is a successful you AND your smile is perhaps the greatest gift you can give to those you love. So why do so many of us feel guilty pursuing our happiness and instead, go on autopilot and fill our lives with “should’s”? I will focus on both the “why” and “how” of happiness and provide actionable steps for the small things even the busiest person can do to boost their happiness and help them thrive.
4) Making a Difference
What do all change makers have in common? They have a vision and they dare to show up, fully, to make it happen. So if you have an idea, or you know that you have something to give but you’re not sure what it is or where to start, this is the session for you.
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world.
Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
— Margaret Mead
5) Realizing Your Dreams and Goals
We all have dreams and aspirations however many (as you may know) remain unrealized. In this session we’ll talk about what it means to truly OWN your life, to give yourself permission to confidently and boldly be who you are and define goals that are totally in sync with your values, passions, and strengths. These are not the goals you “should do” but rather the goals that are a gift to yourself, goals that have you totally jazzed, excited to start the day. We will be getting clearer on your goals and take steps toward bringing them to life.
6) Strength-Based Leadership — Learning from Failure and Knowing (and Using!) Your Strengths
Whether you’re leading a team or upping your game on brilliantly leading yourself, you will lead best when utilizing your strengths. So many of us choose to focus on our weaknesses and yet much research shows that focusing on and using our strengths makes us both more successful and happier. When we use our strengths we are much more likely to experience “flow” and we are far more likely to take consistent, persistent action in pursuit of our goals. We will also be discussing the wonderful role of failure because to realize our dreams we need to put “failure” in check and “learn to fail, or fail to learn”.
I am happy to tailor the topic and presentation to the needs of your audience and hope to have the pleasure of working with you!
