At Camp Reinvention, there’s one thing we know for sure… 2020 is going to be a year we will never forget.

It’s also likely to be the ONLY YEAR in ALL OF OUR LIVES when we humans shared a common foe and – for the first time – truly related to the challenges of our sisters and brothers around the world. It’s been profoundly sad AND quite beautiful to experience how connected we all are.

Our individual stories may be different but we have all felt the pain of disappointment, and the anxiety of uncertainty and fear. We have also all suffered loss,…whether it be the unfathomable loss of a dear loved one or the loss of a job or the loss of the life we once lived.

Fortunately, this will soon pass.

Seeing our first responder friends and heroes get vaccinated this week is the light we all need to see in this challenging time.

So let’s not forget some of the gifts we received in the midst of this crazy year. The gifts of…
