You can choose courage or you can choose comfort, but you cannot choose both.
― Brené Brown
Nothing dream-worthy happens without courage.
And all dreams require discomfort. Lots and lots of discomfort.
That’s a good thing because the interesting things in life happen when you venture outside your comfort zone.
We know you have a dream in you, or you wouldn’t be here.
Perhaps it’s a dream that has been yelling at you for quite some time.
Or perhaps it’s a whisper you’re hearing – a whisper that’s been trying to get your attention – so you’ll slow down enough to listen.
Stop and listen.
You likely know what you truly want. And we bet that if you have not yet moved forward, it’s fear, overwhelm, and/or the desire to stay comfy that’s keeping you stuck.
If you don’t know what you want, sit with the discomfort… and listen. Dig deep so you can get the clarity you need to move forward and be free.
Change is hard.
It’s also inevitable.
So choose to be courageous and step outside your comfort zone. You’ll be happy you did.
