Do you want to believe in yourself and your dream?
Then stop being so damn hard on yourself!
A client of mine — let’s call her Sara — is extraordinarily accomplished by any standard. And yet, she’s deeply self-critical. She doubts herself, feels unworthy, and doesn’t see herself the way everyone else does.
I see this again and again with my clients. And honestly, it was me too before I did the work.
It takes work to decide you’re worthy.
To decide you know enough and are enough.
To decide to follow your dreams.
Your worthiness isn’t handed to you — it’s chosen by you.
And that choice begins by building a solid foundation for showing up as the person you most want to be.
It means being wildly intentional about the beliefs, thoughts, and stories you allow to take hold in that beautiful brain of yours.
That kind of intention takes work.
Consistent work.
I’ve done it. Am still doing it. And so can you.
It’s worth it to create a life-affirming, YOU-affirming mindset.
It’s worth it to take action and create a new reality.
It’s not easy — but it is worth it.
This is my life’s work. And if you’d like support from someone who will lovingly kick your ass when needed, I’m here.
Here’s my challenge to you:
Love and value yourself enough to give yourself a break.
Know that the world does not demand perfection from you.
Accept all parts of yourself — the parts you celebrate and the parts you’d rather hide.
Take responsibility — without beating yourself up — for what is truly yours to own.
And let the rest of the shit go.
This takes honesty.
It takes courage.
And I know you’re courageous enough to do it.
There is not a single perfect human on this planet. Not one. Besides, wouldn’t that be boring?!
Believe in yourself and believe in your dream.
MLK does, and so do I.
Take one small step today.❤️
