When Do You Feel Fully Alive?

It’s January and no, I’m not going to serve up some “New Year, New You” jargon. Why? Because there is nothing about you that needs to be fixed!

Instead, I’d like to challenge you to focus on doing more of what makes you FEEL FULLY ALIVE. When you do, you’ll not only enjoy yourself more, you’ll see a positive impact in all areas of your life.

So, where to start?

First, you need to take a stance that you and your life matter. Only you can give yourself permission to spend more of your precious time and energy on the things that you love.

Begin by asking yourself these questions…

When do I feel my best?

What do I love to do?

Who in my life energizes and elevates me?

When do I feel most at peace?

How can I be more true to ME?

How can I best nurture myself?

And of course there’s a flip side –

What is one soul-sucking, energy-draining, numbing activity you’d like to do less of or give the heave-ho to? Doing this will help you magically create time for more of the things you love.

I don’t know about you but as I grow older I am increasingly aware of how precious our lives are. There are no gold stars given to those wait. You deserve to truly LIVE your life now!
