Want to live a longer and healthier life? Chances are you can. According to Yale researcher Dr. Becca Levy, the WAY YOU THINK about aging impacts both the quantity and quality of the years you have remaining on this planet. In fact, she shares that those that have a positive view of aging are likely to live 7.5 more years than their pessimistic counterparts.

āItās too late for me to moveā¦ā
āIād love a new job but who would hire me?ā
āI havenāt hiked in 20 yearsā¦I donāt think so!ā
āAnd love! How the hell would I find a partner at this stage of my life?ā
Even seemingly innocent āIām having a senior momentā type of quips get imprinted in your brain, and your body.

My dad found the love of his life sitting on a park bench at the age of 75. Iām certain that this love and the adventures and daily joy he experienced added more than 7 years to his life. Thatās the power of living fully as you age!
And if you’re looking for loveā¦
