There is a myth that many of us have bought into…

In our society, busyness has become a badge of honor.

If you find yourself so busy that you don’t have time for a good conversation, or to simply stop and breathe, then consider this:

What if you stopped measuring your worth by how busy and productive you are?

What if you allowed yourself the gift of time to just BE?

Time to listen, to ponder, to notice, to be still…

Time to marvel at nature, to do the things you love and to enjoy time with the most important people in your life…

No one gets a gold star for being busy. And that includes you.

Life is just a series of moments. Make those moments beautiful. Make them count.
