We all bemoan how quickly time flies and at THIS EXACT MOMENT we are at the midpoint of 2025. This also means that HALF THE YEAR IS AHEAD OF US… and, as in life, the best stuff happens in the second half!
If the first half of the year has derailed you in some way – or simply feels like it slipped through your fingers – now’s a good time to B-R-E-A-T-H-E and do a little reset.

- What are you proud of so far this year? What about YOU allowed for that?
- What experiences are you grateful for? Again, what about YOU allowed for that? There’s always something you contributed.
- What’s not working anymore? What feels heavier that it needs to? What is no longer aligned with what you really care about now?
- What do want to let go of? The game-changing ones are more about beliefs and narratives and less about “stuff”.
- What do you want the rest of year to FEEL like? Not what do you want to do, rather how do you want to feel while doing it? Energized? Calm? Lit up again?
At the end of the day, it’s less about whether or not you’re accomplishing your goals and more about how you’re experiencing this life of yours.
