What is the PowerBreak Program?
It’s your weekly reboot — a ½-hour, clarity-boosting, action-oriented session that will help you get clear on your goals and gain the courage and confidence to step into your power and take action toward realizing your dream(s).
Taking a PowerBreak is like a coffee break for your goals. It’s your time to…
- Get grounded and clear on your priorities.
- Stop procrastinating. To focus on what you want and how you’re going to get there.
- Squash the negative talk and rise above your fear.
- Let go of “perfect” and embrace good enough.
- Determine what actions you can take — this week! — to make real progress toward realizing your dreams.
I’m all yours for a ½ hour every Monday.
For the first 15 minutes of our call, I will provide inspiring, actionable tips on the topic of the week. The second half of the call will be a group coaching session and Q&A. You are welcome to submit topic ideas and questions in advance so that your specific challenges and concerns are addressed.
I will provide an MP3 recording of each call so if you can’t join on a given day, no worries, you’ll be able to listen any time.
